Delivery Terms

These Delivery Terms describe the general approach to delivering Hub4044 software access and related services. Hub4044 services are usually provided under individually signed agreements. If a signed agreement or invoice contains different delivery terms, those terms prevail.

1. Type of delivery

Hub4044 provides digital services. Delivery may include access to a software platform, account setup, configuration, onboarding, training, support, custom development, or deployment services. No physical goods are shipped unless separately agreed in writing.

2. Delivery timeline

Delivery timelines depend on the client's selected service scope, technical requirements, availability of required information, and the signed agreement. Estimated timelines may be stated in the invoice, proposal, project plan, or client agreement.

3. Client information required

Delivery may require the client to provide business details, user information, branding assets, technical access, billing data, configuration preferences, and timely feedback. Delays in receiving required information may delay delivery.

4. Software access

Where the service includes hosted software access, access details are provided electronically to authorized client representatives after the relevant agreement, payment, onboarding step, or setup requirement is completed.

5. Custom work and implementation

Custom development, integrations, migration, training, and implementation work are delivered according to the agreed project scope. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate, timeline, and payment.

6. Acceptance

Acceptance rules, testing periods, and correction procedures are defined in the individual client agreement where applicable. If no specific acceptance procedure is agreed, delivered services are considered accepted unless the client notifies Hub4044 about material issues within a reasonable time.

7. Support

Support channels, response times, service levels, and maintenance terms are provided according to the relevant client agreement, subscription plan, or written support arrangement.
