Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions describe the general rules for using the Hub4044 website and making online payments for Hub4044 services. They are provided for transparency and payment processing purposes.

Hub4044 works with clients under individually signed agreements, either on paper or electronically. The information on this website is not a public offer, universal offer, or automatic service agreement. If these Terms & Conditions differ from a signed client agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

1. Services

Hub4044 provides community management software and related services for co-working spaces, large offices, and community-based organizations. The exact scope, price, deadlines, responsibilities, support terms, and payment schedule are agreed individually with each client.

2. Online payments

Online payments may be accepted for invoices, subscription fees, implementation services, custom development, support, or other services agreed with a client. A payment through the website or payment link does not by itself create a new contract unless this is expressly stated in the relevant invoice or signed agreement.

By making an online payment, the payer confirms that they are authorized to pay the relevant invoice or service fee and that the payment relates to an existing or separately agreed business relationship with Hub4044.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices shown on the website are indicative unless a specific written offer, invoice, or signed agreement states otherwise. Final prices, currency, taxes, and payment deadlines are defined in the invoice or individual client agreement.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, technical, and project information needed to deliver the agreed services. The client must ensure that any payment is made using lawful funds and by an authorized person.

5. Access and delivery

Access to software, setup, onboarding, training, custom development, or support is provided according to the individually agreed scope and delivery terms. General delivery rules are described on the Delivery Terms page.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, credits, cancellations, and payment corrections are handled according to the signed client agreement and the Refund Policy. If no specific rule is agreed, Hub4044 reviews refund requests individually and in good faith.

7. Intellectual property

The website, software, design, content, trademarks, and related materials belong to Hub4044 or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive only the access rights or usage rights defined in their individual agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hub4044 is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, loss of data, or business interruption, except where a signed agreement provides otherwise.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the client agreement or data processing terms agreed with the client.
